Reduction Prints
In the Art world it is know as suicide print making. The process is to use a plate for as many colours as possible. Upon printing the lightest colour, the plate is carve, removing that colour. The portion of plate left is the next colour that will be printed. The Rose prints were achieve using just two plates, One for the leaf structure and another for the rose blossoms.
